Dr Phaethon Karagiannis is an Australian-trained Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a dedicated focus on aesthetic face and neck surgery. His practice centres on advanced facial rejuvenation procedures including deep plane facelift surgery, neck lift surgery, rhinoplasty and eyelid rejuvenation.
Following completion of his Australian specialist training (FRACS Plast), Dr Karagiannis undertook advanced international fellowship training across Europe and the United Kingdom, working directly alongside internationally recognised leaders in facial rejuvenation surgery. This included training with pioneers of endoscopic facelifting and the MACS lift as well as internationally renowned surgeons at the forefront of modern deep plane facelift techniques.
His surgical approach combines contemporary technique with careful facial analysis, structural rejuvenation and preservation of natural facial character. Each treatment plan is tailored individually, with a focus on refined, balanced and long-lasting results.
